It was completed in 2004 and replaced the former “Winnipeg Arena.” It’s home to both the Jets and the Manitoba Moose and owned by “True North Sports and Entertainment.” It was originally called the “MTS Centre” after the Manitoba Telecom Services company, which was then acquired by Bell, hence “Bell MTS Place.”
